Help menu doesn't show flags because of background

I couldn't understand the output of --help because all the flags appeared hidden for me in my terminal (see screenshot).

I was only able to see them when going to a different workstation that had a slightly different background that I was able to see the flags.

It is possible to detect the background and have a fallback on terminals, so some detection should happen to have a "best effort" attempt at displaying the flags.

Thanks for creating this issue! As terminal colors are configurable, and due to limited capacity, we won't be able to take this item as of now. I will leave this open for the time being to gauge whether it's a pain point for additional customers.
