Failed to retrieve device list: .... reason: unable to get local issuer certificate.

Expected behavior:
A list of devices registered on the IoT Hub

  • OS: Windows Enterprise
  • OS Version: 22H2
  • Application Version: 0.15.8.0

Same thing just happened to me. the app has been wonderful for the past month then stopped working yesterday.

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise
OS: Version 22H2
App Version: 0.15.9.0

Workaround is going to Azure IoT Hub directly.
