Certain applications in taskbar have white borders above and below for no reason after upgrading from Xubuntu 22.04 to Xubuntu 24.04?

Hi,

Here is the white borders above and below I am talking about, you can see three of them:

At fisrt I thought it was "active" windows, but no it's different than "active" windows which gives it a dark background.

in the gtk-3.20/gtk.css file, at line 2887, replace the .xfce4-panel.panel button.flat, .xfce4-panel.panel button.sidebar-button { line with the following:
.xfce4-panel.panel button, .xfce4-panel.panel button.flat, .xfce4-panel.panel button.sidebar-button {

it's a stupid mistake from me, I'll try to push a fix for all themes soon-ish
