As far as I can see, Elsa is a Blazor webapp. Avalonia can work in browser, however unlike Blazor, it renders all the components into canvas (afaik Blazor uses regular html elements, doesn't it?). All in all, canvas is also just a regular HTML element. So technically it should be possible, however this is not something very common and well supported. Also, Avalonia rendering is pretty heavy (for a browser), so despite my love for Avalonia, I would discourage from doing it. To me, sounds like a lot of work, for a half-baked solution.
