Server lag related to chunk loading.

Start the server and wait until players join

For no reason, when ChunkLoadEvent is called and the plugin is accessing blocks, the chunk is not actually loaded and the plugin causes the chunk to load again, which causes lag.
Does it happen on Paper?

Yes I've tried other forks aswell and same issue

As I said, test it on Paper. Not other forks.

I am doing it in the ChunkLoadEvent, but in a bit of delay.
The chunk might have been unloaded in this time - I will look into it
