Spawners disappearing when clicked on in inventory

Describe the bug

the spawners disappearing when i get it and shift+click or transfer it anywhere else what is causing this? did i do an config wrong?

my bad for making it look like its dumped i was trying to put my wildstacker conf because i think thats where the problem originated
