Optional attributes of CORS rules are present in update and not in create for b2_bucket resource

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create bucket with CORS rule (without optional attributes)
2. Run plan and you should see

              ~ allowed_headers    = null -> []
              ~ expose_headers     = null -> []
