Toggle Snapping instead of Holding Button

I wish I could click the Right Mouse (or whatever key) to activate snapping then let go of the right mouse (all while dragging a window) and snapping would stay activated.

Current Behavior: Users must hold a specific key or mouse button (e.g., Right Mouse Button) while dragging a window to keep snapping active.

Proposed Behavior: A single click/press during a window drag should activate snapping, allowing the user to release the button while keeping the snapping mode engaged.
