Applications do not reopen in the predefined tile #8

Superb FancyZones clone. Nice job.
I set Betterbird (Thuderbird) to open fullscreen on my secondary monitor, and have created that in the layout editor. I ctrl+dragged the window in the layout and that worked fine. However, when I quit Betterbird and restarted it, it reopened on my primary monitor instead.
Is there any way to make windows open in their assigned slots all the time? And perhaps have a way of specifically telling certain apps to open in assigned slots (perhaps a list of apps with checkboxes to say always snap to assigned slot)?
