Itntermediate species

Currently the percentage of intermediate species is calulated by taking the basal and top species and splitting the differenct (1 - top - basal) BUT I think the more sound/safe approach will probably be to rather do a quick if check and ensure that the gen and vul of a species is > 0 for it to be considered intermediate... It also allows you t get the number of species that are intermediate without needing the basal and top percentages...
