The public search is becoming more complex than the private, collection manager's search form! In the future, we need to add the ability to search by trait values and associations to the Record Search Form (referenced in /collections/editor/occurrencetabledisplay.php and /collections/editor/occurrenceeditor.php)

This has been addressed by this PR, I'm just moving it into the main repo from the wish list repo: #2090
