Forked open-source tools retain original licenses. BlackRoad additions and integrations are proprietary.

All AI-generated intellectual property belongs exclusively to BlackRoad OS, Inc. regardless of which AI system assisted in creation.

Zero Credential Philosophy

Active standard mandating full automation with zero manual credential entry.

The Rule: "If a script asks a human for an API key, button click, or manual step — the automation is incomplete."

BlackRoad Vault (~/blackroad-vault.sh) auto-discovers credentials from CLI configs, env vars, .env files, and service configs. Scripts must never use read for credentials or instruct "go to dashboard."
