Sampler plays either audio or video file but not both

We are currently using Blazemeter HLS sampler version 3.0.2 for our test. We've identified a couple of different issues. Based on the bandwidth option chosen the Sampler either downloads the video chunks or audio chunks but not both. The issues are as follows:

1. Only audio files are downloaded when choosing "Min. bandwidth available" option. When I debugged the result tree, I found that both media & audio playlist URL are the same when Min. bandwith available option is chosen: https://sriamd-cdnep.azureedge.net/59503935-1515-42ac-974a-0087be875a1f/BigBuckBunny.ism/QualityLevels(128008)/Manifest(aac_und_2_128008_2_1,format=m3u8-aapl)
2. If "Max bandwidth available" option is chosen only video files are downloaded. Audio & Media playlist URLs are different, but the sampler still doesn't make requests for the audio segments.

Details of the Jmeter test:

Resolution: Min Resolution available
Duration: Whole video
Bandwidth: Min./Max bandwidth available (swapped between the 2 options)

We added this to our backlog and we are trying to reproduce the issue, however, the URL you sent us is currently down. Please can you provide us another one that allows us to simulate this and, property fix it?
