I can't start the server with the 1.21.11 mod

I wanted to make a server with your mod, but I ran into problems and couldn't log in to the server with the mod. Here's the log

What server host are you using? What's going on in the log, this.. shouldn't ever happen

I started a server on my PC and I'm connecting through loaclhost, maybe because I don't have hosting or because of where I live? I live in Russia, and there are a lot of blocks here, so maybe some library didn't download because of that

This isn't a library not getting downloaded, something else is going very horribly wrong that definitely breaks other mods.
Are you using some kind of hybrid server software like Arclight or Banner? Or maybe the mods FlectonePulse or PacketEvents are causing problems?

I'm using a clean fabric, and I don't know what's wrong with packetevents, but it hasn't been updated for 2 months, and there's an error that prevents me from running the server in the new version. I've downloaded the snapshot version and an older version, and everything works fine.

I can write to the developer of flectonepluse, but it's unlikely that he will be able to help. He said that the problem lies in packetevents and that we should wait for a release from them.

There is nothing I can do to solve this. This is entirely on one of those two mods, not my fault.

Working on it, currently waiting for Cardinal Components API to stabilize first.
