HRF Proof Sprint: x402/CDP Bitcoin endpoint bundle

Why this matters

The original HRF proposal says AI agents need native Bitcoin access without routing through centralized API accounts. The x402/CDP endpoint bundle is supporting proof: agents can discover, pay for, and use Bitcoin data endpoints through a public protocol surface.

Scope

Expand the currently visible CDP/Bazaar Satoshi API surface beyond the single fee landscape endpoint into a small, high-quality Bitcoin endpoint bundle.

Candidate endpoint bundle

• GET /api/v1/fees/landscape
• GET /api/v1/ai/fees/advice
• GET /api/v1/mining/nextblock
• GET /api/v1/ai/explain/transaction/{txid}
• GET /api/v1/fees/observatory/scoreboard

Acceptance criteria

• Each endpoint has clear discovery metadata and pricing
• Each endpoint has a successful paid-call receipt
• CDP merchant discovery shows more than one Satoshi API resource
• Agentic.Market search returns Satoshi API for relevant Bitcoin intent queries
• Capture a short discover -> pay -> use demo artifact

HRF proposal alignment

This is a post-submission strengthening item. It supports the submitted bitcoin-mcp and AI-agent access thesis, but the grant thesis remains Bitcoin-first: private, self-hostable data infrastructure and local agent access.
