Upon changing an Axis camera to custom, the file path remains sticky to the original camera selection

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Setup a new lane and choose Axis as camera type.
2. Apply.
3. Edit camera file path and save.
4. axis file path will repopulate and overwrite your changes, thus being "sticky".
