Have to constantly click "apply" and "save"

This may be a feature request, but you have to click "apply" constantly after changing tabs. Then you have to click "save" also. If you navigate away or system hangs/crashes, you don't have a way to save your work. If the dashboard is up also, saving state won't save your work.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Admin -> Sensor -> "Lane Config Option".
2. add or modify your rpm or other values in there and click a different link under "configuration" heading.
   you will lose your work.

Alternate ways to reproduce:

1. Add lanes under "Sensors" Tab.
2. Continue configuring lanes and either stop service in console (mimic error) OR navigate away (close tab). There is no notice that work will be lost.
