Consider using only either all Bokeh/JS or Altair/Vega-Lite #25
Description
Currently there is a mix of bokeh and Vega-lite. Bokeh is used in the detail pages to plot efficiency and I-V curves, and vega-lite is used on the pvlib page to make solar position plot.
BokehJS can be used directly in HTML <script> just like Vega. Since already using Bokeh for Python plots, maybe use Bokeh everywhere for uniform look? Does Bokeh have performance or usage advantages?
Or Altair could be used instead of bokeh.
