How to assign/work with adaptive lighting and color temperature for RGBW fixtures?

Hi, I have an RGBW LED bar. When I use it with adaptive lighting, it does mix RGB with the white channel, but it's far too cool compared to my expectation. Is there a way to specify the color temperature of a single W channel, or could you suggest a better way to express the desired color? Thanks!
