Implement an option to delete a query / LHS listing

We need an option to delete an existing query from the interface. This could be handled though a /del link rather than having a visible option.

We're working on archiving the sprints, once over.
It won't be deleted from the system, so to say, but won't come up in the listing.

For permanently deleting a sprint (for now) the admin has to explicitly perform DB operation.
Does that work?

fine for now. I hope the archived ones will be listed under the archived option. Also how about enabling/displaying the archive option only after we hit the due date.
