Add Favorites Functionality for DAO Cards on Explore Page

Implement a "Favorites" feature to allow users to easily mark and access their preferred DAOs from the Explore page.

Details

• Add a star / favorite icon to each DAO card on the Explore page.
• Clicking the icon should toggle the DAO’s favorite status (add or remove from favorites).
• Introduce a new “Favorites” tab where users can view all their favorited DAOs.
• Limit the total number of favorites to 10 DAOs per user.

Notes

• This feature was initially requested in feat: add global DAO search bar to homepage #506 but is being tracked separately due to its scope.
• Ensure consistent icon design and interaction patterns with the existing UI components.
