Fix path of swift objects for anonymized data to include year

The object names in the swift containers with anonymized passive traces have been changed to include the year, i.e. object names now look like "monitor=100g-01/year=2025/mon=11/date=20251120-130000.UTC/20251120-130000.dirb.stats". Several python scripts need to be updated to account for this change.
