Patients Portal: feedback for CARA

Reported issues/feedback related to the portal for patients/pros developed by Proactive. This list will only compile feedback that has not been addressed either by ahdis prior to the HUG pilot phase or by the SCT team of HUG during said pilot phase. The only goal of this compilation is to provide CARA a feedback from the pilot users regarding the portal and that might be used to further refine the UX or the specifications for future developments.
