Make a modified KinematicCharacterController to support non-character objects #9

This will allow physics objects to be affected appropriately by PhysicMovers. Will need to figure out the correct way to make objects transition from Physics-bases to Kinematic. This is likely have to do with the relative velocity to the PhysicMover object.
