Licensing for commercial-vehicles repository #1
Description
COVESA is centered on MPL and APL, the latter being added as it is considered more favorable by some members.
With that in mind, we opted to go with APL. Opening this issue to confirm acceptance and provide an opportunity to hear concerns.
Contributions that would be better suited for MPL, applicable patents should be included for instance, we will encourage to be in a separate repo with more appropriate license.
