Modify Navigation Bar

@5tupidbrain @riturajjain2000 I would like to work on modifying the navigation bar. Here are the changes that I propose to make

1. Alter the properties of the navigation bar to give it a fixed position on top of the screen, so that it stays on top of the screen even if we scroll to the end of the page.

2. I would like to add the color-changing property to the navbar which changes its color when we scroll halfway down the length of the page to give it an appealing look. I will be using React State property to accomplish this task.

I request you to please assign me this issue.
