Study Mill.model_lens and Mill.data_lens and implement the same functionality for schemas / extractors in this package.

Bonus: make it work with the Mill.jl versions as well. That is, make it possible to convert schema / extractor / model / data — all hierarchical structs in the ecosystem. This might require changing the name of the method.
