FEATURE REQUEST: Add buttons exclusions or overrides per application, just like it does for scrolling

Would love to be able to also have application specific settings (ie. ignore or set separate settings) for a given application for buttons as well as ability (currently in place) to set scroll params per app.

For example, add a button here for buttons and set them separately than the main buttons option!
