Create real releases

We need to generate binaries for release (exe's on Windows, etc) and then use the GitHub release system to make them available to users / the installer we will eventually create. We should then link to the releases from the Readme so that people can easily install our application.

At the moment, few people would go through the effort of figuring out how to run the program.
