Optimisations / Wishlist #26
Comments
Thank you for your advices!

Thanks for the feedback. I'm really looking forward to the new features |
You can check app switcher (triggered by opt-tab) in https://github.com/Celve/Peninsula/releases/tag/v0.0.7, but currently it lists all apps, including those without UI interface. I will optimize it recently by only keeping apps on Dock. |
I thinks that's neccessary. For now its bloated with Services running in the background :p |
Thanks for Peninsula, from my point of view there are the following optimisations that would make working even easier:
Centralisation of the settings view:
Currently there are notification settings, settings and menu. Actually, all of this could be centralised in the settings icon and a corresponding menu could be opened. The notifications would then be sufficient if they can be displayed when you press the notification number.
Tray
if you use this, you forget that documents have been saved there. It would be better, for example, to have a display on the left-hand side of the notch showing how many documents are in the tray
CMD-TAB-Switch
It would be nice to be able to click on an entry with the mouse/trackpad when you are in this switch
CMD-TAB-Switch
Individual processes and windows are displayed. For some this is helpful, I would find it better to see only the programme as in the real CMD-TAG - a switch under Settings could help here
Notfication of menubar apps:
There are programmes, such as MacUpdater, that display new features in the menubar. These should also be displayable via the notification function
