Set _pre_key_signal_message to NULL in dealloc

Should we add the line _pre_key_signal_message = NULL to the end of this dealloc method?

It is done for SignalPreKey & SignalSignedPreKey.

It shouldn't really matter because that value is invalid/inaccessible anyway once dealloc finishes, but I guess it could be added for consistency.
