Hi @alaeder16 this is awesome. Given this set of heuristics, what would a few recommendations for titles be for the City?

City of Chicago (no title)
[ page title ] - City of Chicago
[ keyword1, keyword2 ] - City of Chicago

or similar?

@jdkunesh I would say [Page name] - [ Category] | [City of Chicago]. Where Page name should be different from the page title and consist of keyword 1 and 2. For example:
Dog Registration | Animal Care and Control | City of Chicago

Currently it is City of Chicago :: Dog Registration
