Describe the bug

In the Tauri desktop application, clicking the Help button from the Properties panel of any circuit element does not redirect to the documentation page.

This works correctly in the web simulator, but fails in the Tauri application.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Tauri application
2. Add any circuit element (e.g., LED, Gate, Decoder)
3. Open Properties
4. Click Help
5. No action occurs

Expected Behavior

Clicking Help should open the corresponding documentation page (same behavior as web version).
