Appreciate your provider! It's been amazing for us.
One issue I'm having with using Atlantis is that our output is showing constant state drift in the meraki_network_group_policy resource, specifically in the l3_firewall_rules. Even though no real change was made.
On every terraform plan, the provider shows outputs for all our group policies like:
In the Meraki Dashboard UI, these values appear as “Any”, but after apply, the provider always normalizes them to lowercase “any”. This causes repeated updates and large Atlantis plan queues which is hard to review with 70+ networks.
Could you please clarify:
Is lowercase "any" the canonical value returned by the Meraki API?
Should the provider automatically normalize this internally to prevent perpetual drift? Or is this an unintended difference between Dashboard display ("Any") and API return ("any")?
