Searching for PWD parcel ID doesn't return related addresses

@tswanson noticed that in Atlas when you click on the parcel for 1834-48 FRANKFORD AVE you don't get any related addresses:

However if you search for 1834 FRANKFORD AVE you do get related addresses:

http://atlas.phila.gov/#/1834%20FRANKFORD%20AVE/related\
(API call: http://api.phila.gov/ais/v1/search/1834%20FRANKFORD%20AVE?include_units=true)

Should AIS return related addresses for parcel searches too?
