Add retry for the query since potentially disconnecting from internet would cause the query process to stop
Add multi-processing for query, download and chipping to speed up the process
Potentially merge the notebook for cloud_mask and HLS images since the basic structure are the same

Automatic retry for query complete.
WIP:
