Crafting Screen does not support Colour on items

Describe the bug

If an item has a coloured name via <color_blue> or the like, then it will be displayed in plain text rather than colouring the name. This only appears to happen within the crafting screen panel.

As you can see, the item's name isn't coloured here. Everywhere else it is.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have an item with a coloured name
2. Make it craftable via recipe
3. Open the recipe menu and browse to the recipe
4. Experience that the name is not coloured, but shows <color_..> in plaintext

Expected behavior

The item name should be coloured, even in the crafting menu. Though this may cause a small confusion with nested recipes.
