Submission status stuck at “submitted” on TrackingNet EvalAI

I submitted my results to the TrackingNet challenge via EvalAI, but the submission
has been stuck in the "submitted" state for an unusually long time and does not
progress to "running" or "finished".

Submission details:

• Challenge: TrackingNet
• Submission ID: 563596
• Status: "submitted" (unchanged)

For reference, my previous submissions typically moved to the "running" state
within a few minutes. However, this submission has remained in the "submitted"
state for several hours (or days).

I would like to ask:

• Is there currently an issue with the TrackingNet EvalAI evaluation queue?
• Are new submissions being processed normally?
• Is there anything I should check or resubmit on my side?

From past experience, a submission stuck at "submitted" usually points to a backend worker/queue issue rather than a problem with the submission. Probably needs maintainer/infra attention.

@AJN-AI thanks for the update. In my case, my earlier TrackingNet submission is still stuck at “submitted” with no result for ~24 hours. Also, any new submissions I try to make for TrackingNet don’t seem to go through / don’t progress either.

I have the same problem here. I submitted it yesterday and there hasn't been any result for nearly 24 hours.
@minwoogood12 I previously submitted for VQAv2. I had submitted three versions before, and two of them were successful. The latest one got stuck at the "Running" stage. Just now, I re-submitted a new one. I'm not sure if it will succeed.

Thank you for your help. I have submitted three files. One is currently in RUNNING status, while the other two are still in Submitted status. Also, the one in RUNNING status has been running for quite a while. zhou ***@***.***
