Does not change resolution back on application close

Describe the bug
I have the profile setup to change the resolution to 1440p on application start, and revert to 4k on application close. Resolution changes correctly on startup, however when application closes, resolution does not return to what is set

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create new profile
Actions
On Application open 'Activate HDR' set resolution 2560x1440
On Application close 'Deactivate HDR' set resolution 3840x2160

Expected behavior
On application close, resolution should set back to 2160p.

Hardware (please complete the following information):

• Monitors: LG CX 55 OLED
• Graphics card: Nvidia 3070Ti Founders Edition
• Graphics card driver: 497.09

Please ignore the above, as I think it was the way my application works. It is now fixed.

However, I do not seem to be able to set 119.88hz, only 120hz if this can be changed.
