Make ADB implementation more user friendly V. 1.16.1

• Added an easier to understand adb setup ui with in app guide
• All SAF references and check should now be replaced with ADB checks amd approprietly redirect
• QMod format 2.2.1 (optional dependencies) is now supported. Implementation => Lauriethefish/QuestPatcher@45aafcc

This means modding and downgrading is now fully possible again using QAVS. No matter if the app has obbs or not
