This will be similar to the badge overlay screen.
- When the user attempts to add a photo, a class should be created that open the user's photo library on their android device, along with a comment.
- When a user selects a photo on the Library or Profile activity, a larger photo overlay will be displayed with the photo comment and photo credit.
