Low prio: CSR-document link getter from webpage

Sometimes direct links to a CSR document on a webpage changes (eg from https://bank.com/CSR_doc.pdf to https://bank.com/CSR_doc_final.pdf)
This will break (assumption) the CSR-document file getter

Input is a webpage (depends on #8 for types)
It find pertinent links to CSR documents on that page, and -
Output links to CSR documents (https://bank.com/CSR_doc_final_04.pdf)
