Add metadata to project posts #38

It would be good to have some metadata on the projects, such as for example:

Status: Finished / Ongoing
Duration: January - May, 2022 [as an example]
Collaborators: Name of people working on the project

This could be added to the projects template. Part of this issue is also adding these metadata for past projects.
