aapt在android studio中，使用build tool 23版本，无法运行，会卡在那边 #76

AS调用aapt的时候，传入的参数是m，然后就一直在那边转圈

同样的build tool 23，在eclipse里边是oK的

补充一下，在Android Studio中，替换了build tool 19.1.0中的aapt运行是OK的
