Remove Environmental Indicator Permissions #869
Description
The configuration we made for the environmental indicator during our last infrastructure migration seems to be turning on for sites that are migrated to Pantheon. We can remove the permissions to view the indicator which would be the easiest way to stop it from showing up, as there would be little code to touch.
