Allow users to verify services, such as Google, Bing, etc

We've gotten some requests from site uses to connect services such as Google Search Console to their sites, but right now this requires someone from our team to complete the verification.

I'm suggesting we add https://www.drupal.org/project/site_verify to allow site managers to be able to complete their own verification processes.
