Multiple users found the new backup logic is causing files to be skipped when in use with no alert that they were skipped. This also causes extremely long backup times (20 minutes vs 40 seconds in one case).

The backup logic is changed that if a file is in use the backup will fail. The solution for now is to backup the server while the game servers are stopped if that happens more than once for a specific game server.
I tested the backup process with over 1 million files and it worked within a few minutes.
