Suggestion: open a discussion forum for each github repository

At the moment, there are no ways for users to seek help, ask questions, start/enter into discussions, raise ideas or seek opinion for PR, other than to create an issue.

Perhaps a better way to handle this is to create a discussion forum for each github repository, like what build123d does:

https://github.com/gumyr/build123d/discussions

so that people can ask/discuss things without clogging up the issue tracker.
