Update to tenderly virtual networks

Getting testnet funds is exhausting. So we should use virtual networks instead.

Oh yes, Indeed they are.
Testnets ask to have some transaction in mainnet network, but for those who are just starting their Web3 development Journey, it can be threshold for them and it might hold them back.
So work around will be great.

On Tenderly ,I found since I already had Sepolia testnet in my wallet i needed to use the custom chainId like you did. the default picked up the sepolia testnet already in my wallet and created a little challenge.
