Technique T0160.003: Information is Unverifiable

Summary: This sub-technique applies when content cannot be verified because the data, witnesses, or evidence are unavailable, unreliable, or inaccessible. This often occurs in emerging events or contexts with unclear information like conflict or disaster zones.

Indicators include missing source data, anonymous claims, or unverifiable eyewitness accounts. Additionally it can be a case where something is impossible to prove given the limits of current information gathering.
